Dealing with potential customer/customer communications can be time consuming. Here are a few tricks I’ve used over the years:

Facebook chatbots – You can build this in and have it automatically respond to customers when they type in certain words in Facebook Messenger, among other things.

Google Voice – Can give you a separate phone number for your business including visual voicemail. Free with that Gmail account you made in Day One.

Templates in Gmail – Can save you from retyping the same email over and over.

Buying some time on this admin stuff will give you time to do business stuff… so it might seem silly to automate or otherwise create systems when you are small but I personally find it a great use of time when I do. Happy Day Sixteen!
